Short version: OOF Wear collects nothing from you. Browsing this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind, and the drop-list form on the home page is switched off — so there is no email address for us to hold, and no provider holding one on our behalf.

When you just visit

Nothing is collected. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts on this site. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to serve and protect the page.

The drop list is switched off

The “know when it drops” form on the home page is disabled in the page's own markup: no address can be entered, nothing is transmitted, and there is no email provider behind it. We are not holding a list.

Before that form is ever switched on, this notice gets the section that names the provider, what it stores, how long it keeps it and how to be deleted from it. That is a precondition of switching it on, not a follow-up.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data an operator holds about you, and to object to its use. Today we hold none of yours, so there is nothing here to request. The address to write to appears on this page at the same moment there is anything to write about.

Who we are

OOF Wear is a pre-launch clothing project run from Switzerland; garments are made to order by a print-on-demand partner. The operating entity, its registered address and a contact address will be named here before either the drop list or the shop opens.

We may update this notice as the shop launches and features change. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
